The Apartments: Pioneer & Heritage

Population: 250 in Pioneer - 250 in Heritage

Style of Rooms:  Apartment that include 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room.  Each apartment has 4 students assigned to it.

Occupants:  Upper- class students

The Apartments house upperclassmen who are 21 or older, or who are 20 and have completed at least 58 credits of study (junior status). Each apartment is furnished with beds, desks, wardrobes, living room seating, and dining room table/chairs. Both complexes are fully air-conditioned.

They have cable TV, computer ports, and phone hookups in each. There is a computer lab in Pioneer Hall, and laundry rooms are located in each building, as are vending machines.

Students are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their own apartment, including kitchen and bath areas. Students are expected to remove garbage and recyclable items to designated areas outside of the buildings. The apartments are smoke free- no smoking is permitted in apartments, hallways or public areas. All residence halls are equipped with smoke detectors in every room and fire prevention sprinklers.
