The Student Government Association recognizes clubs and organizations at William Paterson University of New Jersey. The SGA houses all kinds of clubs including academic, social, cultural, sports, and media groups. As stated in the Student Government Association Constitution, every student of William Paterson University who has paid the student activity fee shall be a member of the Student Government Association. Students are encouraged to join any club they are interested in and if no club exists to serve their interest, they’re encouraged to start a new group on campus.
