Supervisor's Resources

We at the Office of Human Resources understand how difficult it is to make the decision to consult an "outsider" about an employee problem. Having been there ourselves (feeling somewhat inadequate; after all, can't we handle this ourselves), we have put together this list of resources. You can receive confidential help by seeking assistance with the Employee Assistance Program. Hopefully this will make the process a little less intimidating.

When seeking assistance through the EAP it is important to inform our EAP provider, CONCERN, of the problems the employee is having and what steps you may have already taken. This is the reason for the Employee Assistance Program Referral Form. If you have questions anywhere along the line, please give us a call. We would like to be of some assistance.
