Managerial Level - Guidelines for Completion of the Managerial Level Performance Appraisal Form
- Upon receipt, please distribute to direct reports, i.e, assistant vice presidents, assistant deans, executive directors, directors, bursar, registrar, associate directors (where appropriate)
- Have direct reports complete parts I, II, III, Va and Vb
- Set up an appointment date to discuss and complete parts IV and VI
- Complete part VI
- Have direct reports complete part VII
- Submit entire packet to the appropriate Vice President
- Attach a salary recommendation list for your area for discussion with the appropriate Vice President after all appraisals are completed
