President announces number of available performance based promotions.

February 4, 2008

Candidates submit all materials to the non-bargaining unit supervisor. Non-bargaining unit supervisor submits list of all candidates who submitted materials to the divisional vice president and the Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs.

February 22, 2008

Supervisors submit recommendations to the divisional vice president or the next highest administrator in line before the Provost and Senior Vice President.

February 29, 2008

The divisional vice president or the next highest administrator in line before the Provost and Senior Vice President submits recommendations to the Professional Staff Performance Committee (PSPC) through the Office of the Provost and Senior Vice President.

March 7, 2008

The President along with the Provost and Senior Vice President meet and charge the PSPC.

April 11, 2008

PSPC submits recommendations to the President and Provost and Senior Vice President.

April 18, 2008

The Provost and Senior Vice President meet and consult with the PSPC about their recommendations.

April 23, 2008

The President announces his/her recommendations.
