Long Term care services refer to a broad range of medical, personal and social services provided to people who are unable to care for themselves over a relatively long period of time.
The NJ Division of Pensions and Benefits sponsors a Long Term Care (LTC) insurance plan that is offered through the Prudential Insurance Company of America.
Please contact the Prudential Insurance Company at 1-800-732-0416 to obtain an enrollment kit. Payroll deductions for long term care plan premiums are available to full time employees.
