William Paterson University employees are represented by the following Unions:

American Federation of Teachers (AFT),
Communication Workers of America (CWA),
Fraternal Order of Police (FOP)
International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers (IFPTE)
New Jersey State Policemen's Benevolent Association (PBA)

Representation Fees or Union Dues will be deducted from all bargaining unit members' paychecks as prescribed by their respective Agreements with the State of New Jersey.

The current payroll deductions are as follows:

Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) - Superior Officer Unit	$18.50 Bi-Weekly	$20.00 Bi-Weekly
Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) - Primary Level Supervisory Unit	$15.30 Bi-Weekly	$18.00 Bi-Weekly
Police Benevolent Association (PBA) - Law Enforcement Unit	$12.20 Bi-Weekly	$15.00 Bi-Weekly
