The Employee Appreciation event is held annually, usually in late summer, to express appreciation for the efforts and contributions of our Career Service employees and their role in helping the University achieve its goals.
The event is organized by the Office of Human Resources with volunteer participation from various campus constituents. Employees are offered an opportunity to socialize with each other, enjoy the artistic talents of their colleagues, participate in games and partake of delicious food and beverages.
The administration of the University considers this event a formal recognition of the contributions our Career Service employees make to the success of the University. In addition, managers and supervisors are encouraged to informally recognize their employees’ efforts as they contribute to student success.
