The staff of the Recruitment and Employee Services unit welcomes you to our site! Our goal is to provide services, support and solutions to our internal customers and prospective employees that advance the University's overall mission of student success. We strive to achieve this by conducting every customer interaction in a respectful, and business like manner; working collaboratively with hiring departments to provide a diverse pool of skilled, qualified candidates, developing policies and procedures, providing appropriate counsel to employees and management on matters relating to the administration and interpretation of policies and procedures; employing technology and methods which enhance service delivery, productivity and communication with all our customers.
