*Recreational Services reserves the right to cancel any class with less than six registered participants.
**Faculty/Staff/Alumni must pay $5.00 daily Rec Center fee or show proof of Rec Center membership.

Yoga
Chi Yoga (Energy Yoga) is a blend of stretching, exercise and relaxation techniques
that will tone your entire body while relaxing your mind. Classes are tailored to the
participants needs on that day. A Yoga or Pilates mat is preferred for the class.
