Requesting a Duplicate Diploma

Alumni can request two types of diplomas:

1. A Replacement Diploma- is a copy of the diploma that was received by a student upon graduation.

To receive a replacement diploma you must send your request in writing with a check or money order for $25 with the following information:

-Name that should appear on the diploma
-Student Identification Number (SSN#)
-Mailing Address
-Date of Graduation

2. Commemorative Diplomas are also available for graduates of William Paterson College that read William Paterson University.
To order the commemorative diploma you must contact the Alumni office at (973) 720-2931.
