Rooms with 2 or more residents
Your voice mail is set up with an auto attendant and a personal voice mail box for each roommate. The auto attendant contains a recording that directs the caller to your personal voice mailbox. The auto attendant recording is set up by the Telecom staff according to you room assignment provided by Residence Life.
Rooms with 1 resident
Your voice mail box is set up by using your 4 digit extension, which is also considered your voice mail number. There is no need for an auto attendant since you are the only person living in the room.
