Call Waiting

Allows additional callers to contact you while you are on the phone.

If the 1st caller is still on the line:

Press the switch hook or the flash button on your phone, then press # (pound) then 1.

If the 1st caller is no longer on the line:

Hang up your phone and wait for a ring. When you answer it, the second caller will be on the line.

To get back to the 1st caller, if the 2nd caller is still on the line:

Press the switch hook or the flash button on your phone, then press # then 1. The first caller will be back on the line with the second caller on hold.

To get back to the 1st caller, if the 2nd caller is no longer on the line:

Hang up your phone and wait for a ring. When you answer it, the 1st caller will be back on the line.

3-Way Calling

Allows you to talk to 2 parties at the same time. (Your phone must have a hold button in order to proceed)

1.    Dial your first party’s number; after they answer put them on hold then press the switch hook or flash button, then # 1 to get to the other line.

2.    When you hear a dial tone, dial your second party’s number.

3.    To connect the two together, press the switch hook or flash button then #. This will bring both parties together on your line.
