In order to retrieve your messages, whether on
campus or off-campus, please follow these few simple steps.

| Enter extension number |
Enter in your 4 digit extension number
and # (pound) sign |
| Enter password |
Enter in your 6 digit password and
the # sign |
| Message Announcement |
The system will announce whether or
not you have any messages, and you will then hear the main menu. |
| At the main menu |
Press 2 - to get messages (new and
old) |
| Header Information |
If you have any messages, the system
will inform you of who the caller is, where he or she called from
(if on campus), the date and time of the call, and how long the message
is. |
| Options |
Press 0 --- listen to the message
Press *3 --- delete the message
Press # --- skip, but save message (as an old message) |
