The Physical Plant Operations is a Service Organization that operates buildings and grounds, and related infrastructure and systems for the University. We are committed to providing clean, safe, and comfortable facilities that are conducive to teaching, learning, creativity, and the fulfillment of the University's mission.

We recognize that the University has considerable capital investment in the Physical Plant. We are also committed to safeguarding the value of its properties by applying reasonable business criteria in making decisions for maintenance, replacement, and repair.

Realizing that we are first and foremost a provider of service, we will enthusiastically pursue the satisfaction of our customers by soliciting feedback, monitoring service levels, and adjust our priorities to fit customers needs.
