NOTICE: Directions to Submit Immunization Records Please log-into the STUDENT HEALTH PORTAL Access via WP Connect > Student tab > under General Services) Click for: A Visual Guide to the Student Health Portal SELF-ENTER your immunization dates into the FORMS section of the Portal Then UPLOAD valid copy of your immunization record -OR- the completed WPU Health (immunization) Form to our office for review Also in the Portal, complete the MENINGITIS SURVEY under the FORMS section ** MenB vaccine (Trumenba/Bexsero) is NOT the same as MenACWY (Menactra/Menveo) and therefore MenB DOES NOT fulfill the state vaccine requirement for dorming. MenB vaccine is highly recommended but not required for university attendance.
There is a counselor on-call after office hours for psychological emergencies only. If you are experiencing a psychological emergency, and the office is closed, please call 973-720-2257 and ask to speak to the counselor on call. In the event of a medical emergency on campus, please call campus police at 973-720-2300 or if you are off-campus, call 911. You may also go to your nearest emergency room for a medical or psychological emergency.
