MODERATOR BIOS Dorothy Kahlau is the First Senior Vice President and Director of the Women in Business program at Valley Bank. This national program is designed to support women during all stages of their career and business — from aspiring women entrepreneurs to well-established executives and anyone in between. Dorothy fosters connections and encourages collaboration between women to help them take their business to the next level. The Women in Business program hosts social and educational events that provide opportunities for growth, learning, and networking. Additionally, Dorothy is Director of Valley Bank’s Professionals Group, a program designed to strengthen and grow the bank’s relationship with professionals in law and CPA firms. Through this group, Dorothy leads and coordinates the activities of local Valley bankers to deliver consistent and top-of-class service to these valued centers of influence. Dorothy joined Valley Bank in 1983 and completed Valley’s Management Associate program in 1989. She has held various positions within the bank, including leading the NY/NJ commercial bank, the NY/NJ retail bank, and launching a new business banking division. Dorothy is passionate about the welfare of women, children, and housing. She has put her passion into action by serving on the Board of Directors for the Passaic County Habitat for Humanity and sits on the Advisory Council of Homeless Solutions, Inc. She is an inaugural member of the Corporate Socially Responsible Entrepreneurship & Innovation Council of the Cotsakos College of Business at William Paterson University and is member of Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Silberman College of Business Board of Advisors. She is the recipient of several awards, most recently the 2024 Beacon of Light Award from the YWCA Northern NJ. Dorothy received her B.A. in Finance from Pace University in New York City and her M.B.A. in International Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She resides in New Jersey with her husband and two children. Marcella Gencarelli is a Vice President, Business Banker II, and Women in Business Ambassador for Valley Bank in Union and Morris counties. Marcella was recognized as the Summit Area YMCA Mission Volunteer of the Year and received the Boy Scouts of America 2019 Tribute to Women Award. She also received the North Jersey YWCA 2023 Tribute to Women of Influence (TWIN) Award 2024, “Celebration of Life” person of Influence Award, and 2025 Pass the Crown Around “Trailblazer” Award. Marcella was a successful entrepreneur for 17 years in a family bakery and restaurant that employed over 40 people. She ultimately made a pivot from baking to banking. Marcella is the founder of the women’s networking group, Warren Ladies Lunch, and the founder of 50 Leaders Over Fifty. She is an Executive Board Member of BSA Patriots Path Council, immediate past Chairwoman of the Suburban Chamber of Commerce, Board member of The Gateway Regional Chamber of Commerce, Board member of Morristown Women in Business, member of the Morristown Rotary Club, former Advisory Board member of Summit YMCA, former Campagna Condo Board member, former board member of the Montville Chamber of Commerce. She served on the Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship’s Women of Influence committee, is a former board officer of the Millburn Chamber of Commerce and a former member of the Summit Lions Club and the Rotary Clubs of Caldwell, Summit/New Providence and Berkeley Heights. Tiffany Natale, a 2015 William Paterson graduate with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Professional Sales, began her career in television production at NBC. Over the years, she has evolved into a dynamic Senior Business Partner and strategic leader in IT solutions, where she excels at fostering strong, trust-driven relationships. As a woman in technology, Tiffany is passionate about uplifting and empowering others, advocating for inclusivity and mentorship in the workforce. Outside of her professional journey, she finds fulfillment in spending time with family and friends, horseback riding, traveling, and immersing herself in the outdoors—all while embracing a spiritual lifestyle that keeps her grounded and inspired. Caitlyn O’Loughlin is an ICF Certified Coach, talent management expert, and founder of CMG Coaching, LLC, based in the greater New York area. With over 15 years of global talent and organizational development experience, she supports individuals and organizations across the full employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to leadership development and career transitions. As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with a master’s degree in organizational development, she has partnered with clients in healthcare, tech, education, and government, including the FBI, Hearst Media, LifeLabs Learning, Sony Music, TEDx, and Twitter. Caitlyn helps people and teams gain clarity, purpose, growth, and lasting impact in both their professional and personal lives. She is currently the Director of Talent and Acquisition and Employee Learning and Development at William Paterson University. Daniela Reiner is the Founder of Ironbound Coaching and is a Life and Career Coach. She has coached hundreds of people across various industries since starting her business three years ago, but her mission is to help ambitious women redesign their careers so it works for their life as a mom. Daniela leverages the combination of her coaching expertise and her 15+ year career as a corporate HR Business Partner to tailor programs focused on both mindset and strategy that address her clients’ unique needs. Her coaching philosophy centers on creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their potential and build the confidence to follow through on their decisions. The SOLD OUT event was designed to empower, inspire, and promote holistic health from a physical, financial, and emotional perspective. Nearly 70 attendees joined us for informative presentations, community building, and networking while destressing and unwinding.
