Our office currently has staff working remotely to address your inquiries and continue to process billing, payment, financial aid and record inquiries. Our hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Here are all the ways you can reach us:

In-Person Inquiries:

To ensure your safety during the current health crisis, we are seeing students for in-person inquiries by appointment ONLY for payments (cash and scholarship/3rd party payments) and to submit Financial Aid documents. Starting the week of November 30th through Thursday, December 17th, we will have appointments available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am until 4:30pm. The week of December 21st, we will be open that Monday, Dec. 21st and Wednesday, Dec. 23rd from 8:30am until 4:30pm. We will resume our normal business hours on Monday, January 4th, when we will open at 8:30am. To reserve your appointment, please click here. After you have reserved your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and important information you will need prior and during your visit.

Reminders

Bills for Spring 2021 are due on January 4th, 2021. Billing statements are available through WPCONNECT, check your e-statement via the billing and payment link on the WP Connect portal.

The University's Health Insurance waiver is available through February 26th, 2021. To waive the insurance, please click here.

The first day of the Spring 2021 semester is January 21st, 2021.
