Our office is currently open and welcoming walk-ins, no appointment necessary. Our schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30am 4:30pm, with late evening counter hours on Wednesdays until 6:00pm. Be sure to check back for any important updates.

Reminders

Fall 2025 Semester financial aid disbursements will begin September 30th, 2025, after professors have confirmed attendance for all courses.

Bills for fall 2025 were due. Registration holds for unpaid balances will be placed second week of October. Take a moment to review your billing and payment portal to confirm your balance. Due dates are located on your billing statement. These are available through WPCONNECT, check your e-statement via the billing and payment link on the WP Connect portal.

Child Care Access For PELL Eligible Students

The Child Care Access Means Parents in School Program (CCAMPIS) ensures that Pell eligible student-parents have greater access to higher education success through free to low cost childcare for children 2.5 through 5-years-old, childcare resources parenting, and family engagement workshops.

The WP Child Development Center offers weekly tours (by appointment), monthly workshops, and childcare support for Pell Eligible student-parents. Click here for more information.
