General Garage Operations 1. How do I sign up for access to park in the Pioneer Parking Garage? Students can sign up for semester or yearly parking access to the Pioneer Parking Garage through WPconnect. Search in WPconnect for ‘Pioneer Parking Garage Student Signup’ to find the link to register for access. Employees can sign up through WPconnect by searching for the ‘Pioneer Express & Pioneer Parking Garage Payroll Deduction’ link. Hourly and daily parking are also available. See the section below for additional information. 2. Can I use my ID card to enter Pioneer Garage and pay for parking? The ID card is no longer needed to access the parking garage. For those paying hourly/daily (guests), you will take a ticket upon entering the garage at the entry gate station. Before you can exit, you must pay the parking fee. Credit or debit cards will be the only accepted Payment Method for the parking garage. Cash and Pioneer Express cards are no longer accepted. All hourly/daily guests can pay either at the exit gate station by scanning the ticket barcode or through the WPU Pioneer parking garage mobile pay website by scanning the ticket QR code on a mobile phone. All payments are finalized at the exit gate station with either payment method. 3. My license plate is not read or not recognized. What do I do?
