Work Orders The best way to report a work order concern is to use the QR code located on the flyers posted on the bulletin boards and by the office door. Residence Life will work to submit the concern to the PPO staff and have the issue addressed as soon as possible. Please note that the work order submissions are monitored periodically during business days. In the case of an emergent work order, please contact an office staff member or the RA on duty directly for assistance. Overview of High Mountain East and West High Mountain East and West house our first year students. The rooms are semi-suite style, air conditioned and are centered around common area lounges. The rooms and lounges are equipped for WiFi, and the are has one smart classroom which is used as part of the living/learning experience. Room sizes vary through out the two buildings - approximately 200 sq.ft X 290 sq. ft. Free laundry machines are available to students in each community and vending machines can also be found in the common area on the first floor of each building. Please remember that we are a smoke free campus and that no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes are permitted in rooms, suites, hallways, or common areas.
