Work Orders The best way to report a work order concern is to use the QR code located on the flyers posted on the bulletin boards and by the office door. Residence Life will work to submit the concern to the PPO staff and have the issue addressed as soon as possible. Please note that the work order submissions are monitored periodically during business days. In the case of an emergent work order, please contact an office staff member or the RA on duty directly for assistance. Overview of Hillside Hall Hillside Hall houses a total of 260 students, accommodating sophomores through seniors. The building is co-ed, and all rooms are arranged in suites. Each room is occupied by two students, connected by a bathroom to another room where two students of the same gender reside. Approximate double room size is 12' X 18'10". Air conditioning and WiFi are in each room and the lounges. Each floor has its own study lounge. Free laundry facilities and vending machines are located on the first floor. Please remember that we are a smoke free campus and that no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes are permitted in rooms, suites, hallways, or common areas.
